Application portal to apply for the Danish Government Scholarship at the University College of Northern Denmark (UCN) is now currently open for Non-EU/EEU citizens. The Scholarship Scheme is offered by the Danish Ministry of Education to highly qualified and motivated students enrolling in any Academy Profession Degree Programme or a Professional Bachelor’s Degree Programme. University College of Northern Denmark is one of seven new regional organizations of different study sites in Denmark offering courses of professional relevance. Some courses are considered on par with bachelor level if enrolling in a university. The University College of Northern Denmark has 10,000 full-time students, 8,000 part-time students, 1,200 international full-time students, and 750 employees. UCN has more than 100 partner universities worldwide.

• Scholarship motivation letter
• Documentation of diplomas
• Documentation of English language test
• CV and Other relevant documents.

UCN Admission Requirements:

You must meet one of the following admission requirements:

• General upper secondary education
• A vocational education similar to one of these Danish vocational educations
• An IB Diploma
• Other vocational education corresponding to a Danish 3-year vocational education

English requirements

You are expected to have English language qualifications comparable to the English B level.

• Work experience relevant to your choice of studies
• Involvement in extra relevant curricular activities or (unpaid) work in any type of organisation or association
• Other work experience
• Studies or work in a country other than your home country
• Additional proficiency (e.g. parts of higher education level courses, summer school or other upper secondary level courses)
• Your motivation letter.
