Application to apply for admission and scholarship is currently available at Far Eastern Federal University for international students who wish to pursue either Bachelor or Master's program. Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) is a federal institution of higher education located in Vladivostok, Primorsky Krai, Russia. The university is accredited and funded by the Russian Ministry of Education. FEFU is the oldest, largest, and highest-ranking university in eastern Russia, established in 1899. According to the ratings of the Russian Ministry of Education, FEFU is one of the top five Russian universities and has been listed as number two in a recent publication of the top national universities rankings. FEFU is the only university of eastern Russia accredited as a scientific university by the Russian Ministry of Industry, Science and Technology.



Bachelor's Degree Admission (Only in Russian)
Admission Requirements

• High school certificate or diploma (with examination results or transcript) or Secondary professional (or vocational) education diploma (with transcripts) + legalization and notarized translation into Russian.
• Level I Certification from the Test of Russian as a Foreign Language (TORFL).
• A copy of passport data page

Master's Degree Admission (In English)
Admission Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree diploma (with transcripts) + legalization and notarized translation into Russian.
• TOEFL PBT 500, IBT 61 or above or IELTS 5.0 or above (certificate must not be older than two years)
• A copy of passport data page
• Application form for foreign citizens entering FEFU.

Russian Government Scholarship
All international applicants seeking enrollment in Far Eastern Federal University, can apply for Russian Governmental Scholarships.

Scholarship Coverage

• The scholarship covers full tuition fee waiver for the whole period of study on the chosen program
• A monthly allowance in amount depending on the chosen program and student's academic performance at FEFU: 1,700 – 9,000 rubles per month for Bachelor and Specialist degree students 3,000 – 9,000 rubles per month for Master degree students 7,500 – 11,500 rubles per month for Ph.D. students.
• The applicants for Russian-taught programs can receive an additional scholarship for one-year preparatory course (Russian language + foundation in the chosen field).

The scholarship does not cover:
All other expenses including all visa and registration fees, transportation (air tickets, railway tickets, transfers to/from FEFU campus, etc.), medical insurance and other medical expenses, dormitory fees, meals, etc.
