Holland Scholarship At UT Delft: Partially Funded Scholarship For Non-EEA Students, Application For 2018/2019.

Delft University of Technology (UT Delft) is offering a partial Scholarship to excellent students from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who have been (conditionally) admitted to one of the TU Delft MSc programmes. The Holland Scholarship is financed by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science and Dutch research universities and universities of applied sciences. Part of the scholarships  are meant for international students from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who wish to study in Holland. The EEA consists of the EU countries and Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway. The scholarship is awarded to 8 students per faculty, the amount of scholarship is €5,000 and will be receive in the first of studies.

The university was established in 1842, has more than 21,000 students with over 3,000 academic staff.

Admission Requirements For MSc program:


  • A good university bachelor's degree in a main subject closely related to the MSc programme to which you are applying: a certified copy of your original diploma (plus translation, if necessary)
  • CGPA > 75% (unless specific requirements are defined for your country): a certified copy of your complete transcripts, front and back (plus translation, if necessary)
  • Language requirements: TOEFL, IELTS or Cambridge
  • Motivation Letter: 1,000-1,500 words clear and relevant essay in English
  • Reference letters: Two reference letters in English, French, German or Dutch
  • Curriculum Vitae: An extensive resume written in English.
  • Proof of identity: A photocopy of the page(s) of your passport showing your name, date of birth, place of birth and the passport expiration date.
  • Payment application fee(If applicable)
  • Portfolio (if required by your MSc programme)
  • GRE: GRE Revised General Test (only for MSc Aerospace Engineering)

To be considered for the scholarships, your complete application for an MSc programme must be uploaded before 1 February 2018. Please note that Non EU students must include their English test with their application (if required).

NO extra application form is needed to apply for the scholarship. Only students meeting this deadline who have been (conditionally) admitted to one of the MSc programmes of TU Delft could be considered for these scholarships.
