Application for Fall session is now open at St. Cloud State University for Masters and undergraduates programmes. St. Cloud State University (SCSU) is a public university founded in 1869 above the Beaver Islands on the Mississippi River in St. Cloud, Minnesota, United States. The university is one of the largest schools in the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU) system, which is the largest provider of higher education in Minnesota. A regional comprehensive university, St. Cloud State has more than 15,400 students and nearly 110,000 alumni. Students coming to SCSU can choose from more than 200 majors, minors and pre-professional programs in
six colleges and schools. The School of Graduate Studies offers more than 60 graduate programs and certificates, including specialist, Master of Arts, Master of Business Administration, Master of Engineering Management, Master of Music and Master of Science. Ed.D. doctoral degrees are offered in Higher Education Administration and Educational Administration and Leadership.

Step 1: Complete online application
Within a few days of submitting an online application you will receive email
notification that it has been received.

Step 2: Pay the $20 application fee
Processing of your application begins when you have paid the application fee. Please note that the application fee is non refundable.

Step 3: Submit your secondary school grade reports (undergraduate)
Official transcript must be send to St. Cloud State University directly from your school.

Step 4: Submit your international university transcripts (graduate)
official transcript must be sent directly from your institution to St. Cloud State University.

Step 5: Provide proof of English proficiency
Submit an official TOEFL or IELTS score
report sent directly to the university by the issuing agency (ETS for TOEFL or IELTS directly). The TOEFL code for St. Cloud State University is 6679.

Step 6: Provide financial documentation
As required by U.S. immigration, F-1
international students must submit proof of financial solvency for the first year of their education at St. Cloud State University.
