The Aims of the Program (Social Work)

1. To know and be able to apply the theories of humanities, social and other sciences, as well as their application strategies and methods in practice and scientifi c research of social sciences when working with persons of diff erent age groups and needs. 

2. To develop abilities and value-based provisions essential in solving social problems, development of social justice in communities, as well as consolidation of the power of socially excluded persons.

3. To develop an ability to assess professional knowledge systematically and apply it to planning, organization and implementation of social support strategies and activity plans, as well as to choose communicative measures of support self-dependently.

4. To develop an ability to improve one’s own professional competence, and strive for personal and professional development.
